Infrastructure

The Company has developed world class infrastructure as per the automobile industry guidelines. This enables us to update it from time to time, as per the new developments in the industry. The infrastructure includes a manufacturing unit, which is tactically designed to keep various machines at a particular distance, allow the workers to easily move around. Quality Assurance

Excellent quality of our automotive components and utmost customer satisfaction are the hallmark of our organization. All our products are designed and developed as per the IS/JIS standard and this standard is also followed in all our business activities.

We have a team of quality inspectors, who possess rich experience in the automotive sector. They conduct regular inspections and checks during the pre-production, production, and post-production processes. During the pre-production stage, they check all the raw materials for their quality assurance. After complete confirmation, the materials are send for use in the production process, where each stage is carefully supervised by the quality inspectors.

At the post-production level, the finalized auto parts are checked on the following parameters, to ensure their optimum quality and performance:

The Company is in process of diversifying into Road Safety Products. A separate unit is being set up for this. The range will include safety signs various models of Delineators & reflectors, and other safety products. We will keep you updated on the same.
